We have an exciting announcement!! We're helping bring back the Plainfield area wide rummage sale!!! 😃
They will be on Friday, July 18th and Saturday, July 19th. The Plainfield Fire Department Block Party is happening on Saturday, July 19th, so we're hoping the rummage sales will help bring even more people to town and make their event even more successful- a win-win!
The Friends of the Plainfield Library is sponsoring the organization of the map and directory of rummage sales and the library will help with advertising. There is no fee to be included on the map, but a donation of any size to the Friends of the Library would be appreciated.
Currently the forms are available here at the library and can be returned a number of different ways (listed on the form). The deadline to return them is Monday, July 7th at 5pm, and the maps/directory will be available starting Monday, July 14th.
