Life can feel overwhelming sometimes — school stress, friendships, family
pressure, anxiety about the future.
Our Teen Support Group is a safe, welcoming space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through.
Led by a trained facilitator, this group helps teens build coping skills, boost confidence, and learn healthy ways to handle life’s challenges. There’s no pressure to share — just support, respect, and real conversations.
Come as you are. Leave feeling supported.
Our Teen Support Group meets Tuesdays from 5:00–6:00 PM, April 7th through May 26th in the Meeting Room at Plainfield Library. This is your chance to connect, grow, and feel supported in a safe and welcoming space.
To get started, have a parent or guardian complete the required informed consent form before the first session, available at the Library or in the 6-12 Student Counseling Office at Tri-County.
